Museum of Science and Technology

The Norwegian Museum of Science and Technology is a national museum located in Oslo, Norway, dedicated to the history and development of science, technology, industry, and medicine. Founded in 1914 and housed in its current building at Kjelsås since 1986, the museum aims to show how scientific and technological progress has shaped society, from Norway’s agrarian past to its modern industrial era. Its extensive collections and permanent exhibitions cover transport, aviation, energy, industrial history, computing, and more, and it also includes the National Museum of Medicine among its displays.
