Dyna Fyr is a historic lighthouse built in 1874 (first lit 1875), located on a tiny reef in the middle of Oslofjord just south of the Bygdøy peninsula. It was automated in 1956, and since 1992 the former lighthouse keeper’s house has been converted into an exclusive venue for private events and dining. The Lighthouse accommodates intimate gatherings of 20–40 guests and is accessible by boat from Honnørbryggen in front of Oslo City Hall. During the season (from Easter until Christmas) it offers a menu based on seasonal seafood, creating a uniquely atmospheric maritime dining experience on Oslo’s fjord.
